Meeting The Deadline
A leading Leeds based Solicitor obtained a Judgment against a debtor but they required to locate him prior to serving an order to Attend Court for Questioning. The matter was very urgent because the Order needed to be served within seven days, but they were uncertain to his current address.

The Elusive Mrs X
In March 2005 our client, a Yorkshire based Gas supplier, with the majority
of the custom coming from the licensed trade, particularly small hotels and
public houses had a customer at ?The Public House' in Rochdale who had
stopped paying their monthly invoice for the gas supply.

Mortgage Mayhem
In 2003, a leading multi-national lender, made a mortgage advance on a property
to two borrowers. Solicitors were instructed to act on behalf of the borrowers and
the mortgage lender in relation to the purchase and the mortgage transaction.
