Tremark Associates offer a wide range of financial and legal services including process serving, absconder tracing, investigations and enquiries, and certified bailiff services.
With over twenty years of experience we have built excellent and enviable working relationships with solicitors and company credit control departments to successfully resolve a variety of debt recovery issues.
Company founder Mark Hodgson was awarded 'Institute Credit Management' membership in 2004 and is also a member of 'The Association of British Investigators'. In January 2007 Mark was named as one of the top Young Entrepreneurs within Yorkshire, by 'Business Insider' magazine.
Although based from our offices in Leeds and London we are able to offer our services nationwide, using an extensive network of experienced and reliable agents.
TREMARK Associates are licensed under both the Consumer Credit and Data Protection Act's and are members of 'The Credit Services Association' and 'The National Association of Investigators and Process Servers' and as such must adhere to strict guidelines and ethics set out by these Associations.
