High Court Enforcement Officers

What are High Court Enforcement Officers?

A High Court Enforcement Officer works on behalf of the High Court of England and Wales. They are responsible for enforcing judgments of the High Court. This often means repossessing property or seizing goods and land in order to sell to recover monies owed. We work in partnership with a team of High Court Enforcement Officers who have authorisation from the Ministry of Justice to enforce all High Court and County Court Judgments.

How We Can Help You

As a creditor, obtaining a court judgment for an unpaid debt, you may apply for a warrant. If the judgment was awarded by a County Court it will need to be transferred to the High Court for enforcement by an High Court Enforcement Officer.
We will take care of this on your behalf, and upon receipt of your judgment, will carry out all necessary work immediately at no cost to you, acting quickly to ensure that the recovery is maximised on your behalf. The team operates outside normal office hours when the prospects of recovery are higher.
Enforcement of judgments can often cause tense situations, however, you can have full confidence that the team is trained to handled these situations if they arise. The team will work with Court officials and trusted partners to ensure judgments are properly enforced and that recovery of property or goods is maximised.
We aim to recover everything that is owed to you and we will continue to work in your best interest until the possibility of recovery is exhausted. Get in touch today to find out more about how we can assist you.
