COVID19 Update

Tremark COVID-19 Update – Tuesday 07.04.20

Tremark remain operational, but with some restrictions.

Tremark wishes to reassure all of our clients that we remain accessible to all of you and that we continue to offer Process Serving and Investigatory Services throughout the whole UK.

We are taking COVID-19 very seriously and doing all we can to protect employees, and their families, our business partners and customers. We can confirm that at the time of issuing this update there are no reported people affected at Tremark.

We are taking all precautionary measures and continue talk to with our suppliers and partners to understand their plans to ensure there is no interruption of supply to our customer base.

So far we have been able to undertake every assignment offered to us, but we are aware this may change.

Business Continuity

With robust IT systems in place, our team are successfully working remotely from home. All staff are connected to Tremark’s telephone system via IP phones, so to avoid as much disruption as possible. A very small team remain based within our Leeds office to undertake tasks such as the scanning and printing of documents, and ensuring necessary documents are either posted or sent by DX back to clients. Those individuals are all isolated away from each other and strict hygiene and social distancing controls are in place.

Help us to help you. Email rather than post

Clients can assist us enormously by instructing Tremark via email and scanning documents to us rather than using the postal or DX system. All instructions can be sent to your usual Tremark contact (click here for details) or to info@tremark.co.uk

London

We have temporarily closed our London Office with immediate effect. All documents for service and assignments should be emailed to info@tremark.co.uk. From there they will be allocated via email to one of our field agents, who are working from home.  The service in London is subject to some minor restrictions, but clients should call our team to discuss their requirements.

Safety First

The safety of our team is of the utmost importance to us and we will continue to take the necessary steps to help prevent the risk of spread of COVID-19 and continue to take decisions designed to mitigate risk to people where possible.
