Our Charges

Our fees for undertaking a trace are based upon our success and we charge the following:

Positive Trace – £222.00 (£185 plus VAT)

Negative Trace – £96.00 (£80.00 plus VAT)

Compliance

Before undertaking any investigations, Tremark Associates is required to undertake due diligence on all clients. We will therefore require confirmation of your identity.

It is also our legal duty to ensure that our client has the appropriate legal basis for requesting us to process data on any third party without their consent to do so. You, the client, must have a ‘legitimate interest’ to request that we undertake enquiries. This means you need a valid reason for tracing the individual that aligns with legal standards. Once the form below is completed, we will send you a simple and straightforward questionnaire via email link to evaluate and evidence your ‘legitimate interest’.
