Tremark Associates has been bustling with activity and experiencing a surge in process serving requests over the past three months, setting the stage for what looks to be a very successful 2024. As such our growing process serving team now requires a new member to join our team.

We require an individual with previous experience of managing a portfolio of accounts, liaising with high profile clients, and delivering positive results to a high standard all whilst working under the pressure of meeting and exceeding urgent deadlines.

Job Description – Investigations Account Manager

Reporting directly to the Process Serving Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships as well as using new and existing contacts to generate new and repeat instructions. You will work as part of a team to achieve the company’s financial goals and quality objectives.

You must be proactive, have excellent communication skills and a first-rate telephone manner. This is a full-time (37.5 hours over 5 days per week) appointment with hybrid options.

  • Basic Salary £24,000 (OTE – £26,400 plus)

Role Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take on the role of Investigations Account Manager for various appointed solicitors and other clients building solid trusting relationships.
  • Project manage client’s cases from instruction to completion delivering a high-quality service within agreed timescales.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and present them with clear and articulate reports via telephone, email and letter.
  • Problem solve client issues, offering solutions and first rate customer service.
  • Ensure all Quality Management processes are adhered to.
  • Ensure that correct authorised agents are appointed and given clear instructions of the job requirements.
  • Maintain the CRM for each instruction received to retain an accurate history of all actions taken.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and record details of new sales enquires and convert them into new instructions.
  • Cross and upsell products where necessary.
