Tremark continues to grow and expand in many exciting directions, creating a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. We are thrilled to seek an experienced professional to help us enhance our digital marketing efforts and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will combine your technical and creative skills to deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns across a full mix of digital marketing channels to our external and internal audiences – our clients, potential clients, our introducer network, and the Tremark team.

You will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and promotion of Tremark’s new dedicated brand, aimed at providing people tracing services directly to private clients. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract and engage potential clients, and drive business growth for the new brand, as well as Tremark.

As part of the Marketing Team, and reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will join a dynamic, fast paced and forward-thinking organisation and contribute to an integrated Marketing Strategy, for both current and potential customers.

Package and Benefits

  • Basic Salary £26,000 (OTE £28400 plus) to £28,000 (OTE – £30,400 plus)

The Work – Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Be passionate about brand and brand communication
  • Be responsible and capable in producing ideas and content that are on-brand – both in terms of our brand identity guidelines and delivery of our brand promise
  • Ensure digital communications and campaigns are integrated with broader brand activity
  • Proactively collaborate with Tremark management to plan relevant communications and events
  • Generate creative ideas and themes to maximise communications and the digital marketing experience
  • Plan and deliver engaging content and marketing communications campaigns via appropriate communication channels
  • Research and make recommendations about potential future communications and events
  • Obtain customer and market insight via market research campaigns and reviews via Trustpilot and completion of Webforms
  • Work on the development, add proactive content and maintenance of the three Tremark websites
  • Manage Tremark’s current social media platforms across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok, as appropriate, and deliver high quality content
  • Create reports on analysis obtained from Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing systems and/or other appropriate data reporting sources
  • Review all communications and events to determine their success and any required improvements
  • Deliver all tasks and communications to a high standard and within budget, thinking and acting in line with our business values
  • Ensure events are communicated and promoted via appropriate communication channels
  • Lead on communications, advertising/sponsorship and work with management team on press releases, features and social media content, platforms and campaigns
  • Take responsibility for the production of marketing materials – create, manage and issue marketing communications, including: eNewsletters; literature; presentations; promotional items; events collateral; intranet content; and videos
  • Manage specific areas of Tremark SharePoint Intranet
  • Manage SEO, PPC and paid social media campaigns
  • Maintain accurate information on the Contact Database/CRM
  • Manage the email marketing channels and issue key communications
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Stay ahead of new media developments

The Person – Skills & Experience

  • Experience within a Digital Marketing role, with a minimum two years of demonstrable experience
  • GCSE Maths and English Grades A-C is essential and being educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business or Marketing is desirable
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to cater for multiple demands – highly organised with the ability to prioritise work, create project plans and manage tight and changing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
  • Confidence in communicating and proactively engaging with Tremark’s Directors and the wider Team; customers; and external agencies and suppliers
  • Creativity with a good eye for design
  • Ability to take charge and deliver on your own; be proactive and independent
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office – experience of Adobe packages, WordPress and Constant Contact (or MailChimp) is beneficial
  • Willingness to take full ownership of your projects and actions – a real self-starter who has a genuine passion for all marketing activities
