Process Serving

The below fees include a witness statement or certificate of service. A fee of £10 shall apply to affidavits.

Fee’s are per individual served, additional fees apply for each extra individual.

England & Wales – 3 levels of service Standard

Standard – £120.00

• Up to three attempts at any one address
• 1st attempt within 5 working days

Urgent – £165.00

1. • Up to three attempts at one address
   • 1st visit within 48 hours

Same Day – From £195.00

• Time over 2.5 hours charged at £80.00p/h.
• 70p per mile

Scotland (Non-Rural)

Up to three attempts at one address – £175.00

Fees include the cost of an additional witness as required by Scottish law. Further fees may apply for out of hours and weekend visits.

Northern Ireland

Up to two attempts at one address – £175.00

Worldwide

Prices available upon request.

Collection of documents from Client’s offices

Tracing

UK Tracing

Our usual turnaround is 7-10 days.

• Positive residential UK trace – £75.00
• Positive employment UK trace – £75.00
• Positive residential & employment – £130.00

£75 where only one is ascertained.

• Urgent trace – within 72 hours – £200.00

International Tracing

Asset Search Reports

• Level 1: Foundation Asset Report – £125
• Level 2: Pre-Sue Asset Report – £225
• Level 3: Detailed Asset Report – £550
• Level 4: Personal Credit Data Asset Report – £1500

We are able to offer an express service in all but a Level 4 enquiry and can also offer a discount where two subjects are spouses residing at one address. Please contact us to discuss further.

• Spanish property trace – £300.00
