We have previously been extremely successful in tracing holiday homes purchased in Spain.

Many of these assets regularly slip under the radar of creditors and Trustees in Bankruptcy, presumably because of the assumed cost of such investigations.

We can now undertake a nationwide property search on any individual in Spain for just £100.00 per person.

In the first instance all that is required is the subjects full name (including middle names) and we can perform a search, which will also advise whether the individual is involved in a company anywhere in Spain.

If we discover that the subject owns a property or properties, we can then obtain a copy of the deeds to each property within around 4 working days. The cost for the deeds for each property is a further £250.00.
