… X needs serving documents 100 miles away within the next 30 minutes.
Not an ideal request when your snowed under and a man down in the office, but we like a challenge.

It is Mission Impossible?

The first consideration was to ensure that the client is happy with a PDF printed version being served on X. One client did ask us recently ask us to collect documents in Manchester and serve the originals in Birmingham within an hour for our standard fee (That really was Mission impossible!).

After confirming with the client that the documents are ready and could be emailed across straight away, three separate members of the admin team start to telephone Tremark field agents who may be within 20 minutes travelling distance from the target address.

Mission Accepted

Fortunately, we were able to quickly identify one of our investigators who was both available immediately and importantly able to print off the documents. It then became a simple race against the clock ….and traffic. We waited until our man in suburbia reported back to operation HQ in Leeds.

With five minutes to spare we received confirmation that X had been personally served with the documents.
