No. Recovery cannot be guaranteed. The outcome depends on the vehicle's location, legal position, accessibility, third-party possession, documentation, police or authority involvement, vehicle condition and other practical factors.
Yes. Tremark's specialist recovery agents can assist with the lawful recovery of vehicles where there is an appropriate route to do so. Depending on the circumstances, recovery may also require police involvement, legal authority, consent, storage arrangements or other third-party support.
We usually need the vehicle registration, VIN, make, model, colour, photographs, ownership or finance documents, hire or lease agreement, latest tracking or location information, known address details, police reference if available, and written authority to act.
Yes. We can assist where a client can evidence their ownership, finance interest or contractual rights and provide appropriate authority to act.
Tremark can provide separate tracing or enquiry services where appropriate. This would be assessed separately from the vehicle recovery support and quoted according to the work required.
For UK matters, field attendance is charged at £85 per hour plus VAT, travel time at £65 per hour plus VAT, and mileage at £0.70 per mile. A minimum instruction of 5 agent hours usually applies, depending on the location and scope. Disbursements are charged separately.
