The drive to consistently improve quality is at the forefront of everything we do. From our start in 1995 we have implemented and developed quality management systems and procedures to improve operations at all levels of the business.
We are delighted therefore that as further recognition of our work we have been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard.
What does it mean for you?
The ISO 9001 quality management system is the World’s most widely recognized quality management standard, it outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service as well as help us continually monitor and manage quality across all our operations.
It’s introduction means:
We have enhanced quality management and information to meet customer needs
We have improved operational performance and efficiency saving time and resources
We have more efficient internal processes which means better staff motivation and engagement
We have greater consistency of action and are able to demonstrate and benchmark ongoing compliance
In summary it helps improve customer service, enhances management information and feedback, develops greater efficiency of action and reporting and it provides a well-organized working environment.
Mark Hodgson, Tremark Managing Director and Vice President of the Association of British Investigators (ABI) commented “There are many on-going changes within our industry and rightly so as, for too long, some businesses have not acted in a professional and compliant manner. The award to Tremark of the widely acknowledge and respected ISO 9001 standard is further recognition, particularly in tough economic times, that customers will continue to receive the best possible quality service. I want to thank all the people at Tremark who have worked together to make this award possible”
