Andy and Colin at our London office undertook some significant bankruptcy work for a firm of solicitors this week, which included undertaking RCJ searches, issuing Bankruptcy petitions and then immediately personally serving them. The first 3 were searched and issued on a Thursday at the RCJ by Colin and all personally served by our ‘man on a bike’ Andy all within 48 hours of the clients initial request.
