Tremark’s Feedback Competition – two nights’ blissful stay on us

Leading on from our Head of Customer Care, Emilie’s interesting piece about the importance of feedback, we wanted to remind you about Tremark’s rather generous incentive to action your thoughts about your experience using us for your professional needs into constructive feedback.

At certain points throughout the year, we pull at random one lucky client who has contributed to our feedback questionnaire in recent months. Just by answering a few simple questions about their experience with Tremark Associates this fortunate individual wins a two-night stay in a four-star hotel (subject to availability and terms and conditions do apply). With this carrot of potential delights dangling, hopefully you can see the importance of giving feedback to us…

Over the past year, Annie Liddement of Addleshaw Goddard enjoyed a stay in happening Manchester after being selected in our August 2023 draw; Ashleigh James of Clarion Solicitors is still umming and ahhing over her destination choice having been pulled at random in December 2023; and Ciara Mahoney of Begbies Traynor is our most recent April 2024 winner who will be soaking up culture in Edinburgh.

To keep our generous offer going, we are changing the regularity of our feedback competition draw to twice a year, every six months on 1 April and 1 October.

So how do you go about being in the running for a two-night 4* hotel break in our next competition draw which will take place on 1st October 2024? Here’s how to enter:

Every instructing client who uses our services will receive an email containing a link to our client feedback survey. Share your thoughts on our service after we complete your assignment, and your feedback will not only assist us in enhancing our service quality but also ensure our compliance with our ISO9001:2015 accreditation.
